The 72-year-old has so far garnered 4,612,870 votes representing 54.13% from 214 out of the 275 constituencies.

Source: GNA - Mr Abass Ridwan Dauda, a 33-year-old broadcaster and businessman has won the Sissala East Constituency Parliamentary seat for the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
Mr Ridwan Dauda shockingly polled 8,811 votes representing 34.55 per cent of valid votes cast to beat his closest rival Mr Kanton Kingsley Kasim of the People's National Convention (PNC) who polled 8,015 votes.
