Post-Election violence in many parts of Ghana! The only really peaceful region of Ghana is the Volta region, where NDC won the VAST majority of voters!
Criminal gangs and murderers are on rampage in Ghana, since NDC lost the General Elections.

Hours after the declaration of the NPP’s flag bearer, Nana Akufo-Addo by the Electoral Commission (EC) as Ghana’s president-elect, reports of alleged vandalism and assaults perpetrated by supporters of the NPP percolated the media.

Meanwhile, the Western Regional secretary of the National Democratic Congress NDC), Joe Nelson, has called on the public to ignore the claims of the NPP saying they have no basis for their demands.

The party is alleging some irregularities in the counting and collation of results in the Ellembelle, Aowin, Suaman, Amenfi Cental, and Juaboso constituencies. 

All the constituencies in question have largely been strongholds of the NDC except for Ellembele.

Interesting: CNN relatively fast reaction, to complaints! Power to the People! Yeaaaa!
The Media Foundation for West Africa (MFWA) has taken a swipe at American news agency Cable News Network (CNN), describing their misleading reports in the aftermath of Ghana’s elections as a “bad piece of journalism”.
