Source: classfmonline. com - National Democratic Congress (NDC) flag bearer John Dramani Mahama will today, Saturday 5 November, commence the second phase of his campaign tour of the Ashanti Region.

He is expected to meet artisans at Suame Magazine and Sokoban Wood Village.
He will also attend a durbar of chiefs and queen mothers at New Edubiase and hold mini rallies at Adansi Anhwiaso in the Adansi Asokwa and Akrofuom in the Adansi Akrofuom constituencies and later meet Zongo chiefs and elders at Obuasi and follow it up with mini rallies at Obuasi and Bekwai.

The NDC has targeted 1.5 million votes in a region which has traditionally been the stronghold of its main rival, the New Patriotic Party.
