Source; classfmonline. com -Even though President John Mahama says Ghanaians have short memories, “we'll remember” all the corruption and incompetence of the Mahama administration on Wednesday December 7 when Ghanaians go to the polls, Samira Bawumia, has said.
According to the wife of the NPP's vice presidential candidate, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, the people of Ghana will also remember the 'arrogance' of the Mahama administration.
“We will remember SADA, Subah, Woyome, and the bus branding scandal” she told a sea of party supporters at the trade fair centre in Accra at the last rally of the NPP just before Wednesday's polls.
She said Ghanaians will also remember the failure of the Mahama administration to build 200 Senior High School’s across the country.
She said under Mr Mahama, “projects being at different stages of completion” means they have not started at all.
“On Wednesday when we take our ballot paper, we will remember eight years of corruption, we will remember Woyome, we will remember SADA, we will remember Subah, we will remember bus branding, we will remember all the monies they have appropriated to themselves. ...When we take our ballot paper on Wednesday, we will remember the arrogance of the NDC government, we will remember their lies, they've insulted doctors, they've insulted teachers, they've insulted nurses, they've insulted ordinary citizens of Ghana for asking them how they are using our money.
“We will remember the 200 SHS’s they couldn’t build. We will remember that under the NDC 'various stages of completion' means a bare land and billboad. We will remember the almighty incompetence. We will remember that they have doubled the interest rate in four years, we will remember that when they took office, the exchange rate was 1.2 to a dollar today is 4.3 to a dollar. We will remember that they haven't solved dumsor after five years of hardship. We will remember all of their incompetence and mismanagement and more importantly we will remember that Ghana is a great country that deserves a great leader,” Mrs Bawumia said.
